The Manager, Training & Communications is responsible for developing and executing enterprise internal communications and training content strategies to support employee understanding, learning, engagement, behavior change, and organizational alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in internal communications, content writing, training communications, or related fields.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable messaging.
  • Demonstrated experience developing training, instructional, or enablement content.
  • Strong experience supporting change initiatives through communication.
  • Proven ability to partner with subject matter experts and leaders to shape effective messaging.
  • High attention to detail, tone, and audience needs.
  • Strong project and content management skills.
