Requirements
- Execute communications strategies for federal and postal health plans, translating business and membership growth strategies into clear, consistent, and compliant messaging.
- Develop and deliver member communications, including newsletters, letters, postcards, brochures, presentations, website content, and digital materials.
- Lead Open Enrollment communications, including Mail Handlers Benefit Plan (MHBP) Open Season Seminar materials, presentations, webinars, and member collateral.
- Support client meetings, in-person events, webinars, and virtual events by developing presentation materials and attending/hosting as needed.
- Develop training and presentation materials for field service representatives and open enrollment volunteers to ensure consistent execution.
- Ensure all communications comply internal requirements and external regulations; manage review and approval workflows and conduct quality checks for accuracy, brand alignment, and appropriateness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, compliance, legal, marketing, account management, and external vendors to deliver timely, integrated communications.
- Coordinate procurement of promotional items and branded materials to support outreach, events, and enrollment efforts.
