Dana is a global leader in supply of driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies. We are seeking candidates to join our Finance Development Program (FDP) for a 3–4-year rotational program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, major in accounting preferred (at least a 3.0 GPA)
- Leadership experience in an academic or extra-curricular organization
- Previous intern experience desirable
- Strong ability to partner with others across the organization
- Strong initiative and influencing skills
- Strong business acumen
- Willingness to relocate during the program for plant finance and accounting rotation
- Ability to travel as necessary
