Role Overview
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations and provides operational and analytical support to both the Revenue Operations and Revenue Systems Senior Managers.
What You Will Do
The Program Analyst ensures smooth daily operations, accurate reporting, documentation, metrics tracking, and project coordination.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Four (4) years professional experience in administrative, program analysis, or operational support.
- Valid Texas driver’s license to operate DART non-revenue vehicles.
- Pass a physical (medical) examination that includes a drug screen.
- Strong proficiency in personal computer software applications such as Windows, Microsoft Office applications of Word and Excel, presentation, and database, analytical tools (i.e. Tableau) or other related software applications.
