Senior Revenue Enablement Manager

Role Overview

Dashlane is seeking a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager to lead initiatives enhancing the effectiveness and productivity of their go-to-market organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with GTM leadership, Product, Marketing, and other teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do

The Senior Revenue Enablement Manager will be responsible for building structured onboarding and training programs, establishing enablement programs, creating sales tools and templates, coaching GTM leaders, and managing and optimizing revenue enablement tools and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in revenue enablement, a proven track record of designing and implementing successful revenue enablement programs, and a strong understanding of sales processes and solution selling methodologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in revenue enablement in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in cybersecurity
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful revenue enablement programs and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, solution selling methodologies, and best practice sales skills and techniques.
• Advanced working knowledge with revenue enablement tools and technologies – Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Mindtickle, Enterpret, etc. with a demonstrated track record of applying AI-enabled practices to drive measurable results.
