The role involves proactive management of account health, retention, and expansion outcomes, and requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to balance relationship-building with commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management within a SaaS or technology environment
- Demonstrated experience managing a customer portfolio with retention and/or expansion accountability and consistent engagement cadence
- Familiarity with payroll, HR technology, or SMB workforce software
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Communications, or related discipline
