Requirements

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of Smartly customers
  • Own retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes across that portfolio
  • Ensure customers are realising measurable value from Smartly’s platform
  • Proactively identifies risks and opportunities
  • Build relationships that drive long-term loyalty and revenue growth
  • Monitor account health, conducting regular check-ins and business reviews
  • Coordinate internally to resolve issues, and identify opportunities to deepen product usage or expand into additional products
