Requirements
- Manage an assigned portfolio of Smartly customers
- Own retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes across that portfolio
- Ensure customers are realising measurable value from Smartly’s platform
- Proactively identifies risks and opportunities
- Build relationships that drive long-term loyalty and revenue growth
- Monitor account health, conducting regular check-ins and business reviews
- Coordinate internally to resolve issues, and identify opportunities to deepen product usage or expand into additional products
