The Opportunity

Our client is a well-funded AI company (105 people, founded 2021, $125M+ raised) providing realtime voice models, speech-to-speech APIs, LLM routing, and an agent runtime for AI agents and characters. As the first US GTM hire, reporting to the VP of Revenue, you’ll be a pioneering member of the North America sales presence.

What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end sales for inbound PLG leads and outbound enterprise deals (cycles from weeks to months). Partner on automation campaigns and custom LinkedIn outreach. Bridge technical communication between customers and internal teams for POCs. Build credibility with developer and CTO audiences. Shape GTM strategy and identify new verticals.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 days: ramp on a technical product and build PLG + enterprise pipeline. First year: establish the US GTM motion, close enterprise deals, and open new verticals.

Must-Haves

5–10 years in customer-facing GTM roles (AE, SE) with technical aptitude; comfort selling to developers and technical buyers; experience with weeks-to-months deal cycles.

Nice-to-Haves

AI, cloud, or infrastructure sales to developers; PLG + enterprise dual-motion experience.

Compensation & Benefits

$150K–$200K base (USD), $300K–$400K OTE, competitive equity. H1B transfers welcome.

Location & Work Model

On-site preferred (3 days) in the South Bay (Palo Alto / Mountain View); relocation assistance available.
