Manager, Revenue Operations Analytics (ROPS)

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Analytics Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita’s revenue cycle, in collaboration with teams across the company, to grow DaVita’s revenue and improve bottom-line performance within our Revenue Operations team (ROPS).

What You Will Do

The role will be focused in employee growth and development, strategy, efficiency and efficacy creation, and innovation. The right candidate will be expected to: 1) Develop people 2) effectively create and communicate key messages from analysis to propose and support partners in driving efficiencies 3) drive and lead projects start to finish.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in related field of study
• 3-4+ years in analytics
• 3+ years in people management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership coaching and teammate development skills
• Advanced skills in all Microsoft applications
• Effective training and presentation skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication, including active listening & curiosity, across all teammate populations
• Strong stakeholder management skills; Ability to build and leverage relationships across all areas of the organization
• Critical thinking, decision making, excellent executive presence
