The DCX Home-Based Client Experience Manager will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. Responsibilities include leading and developing supervisors and a team of customer experience representatives, overseeing performance management and reporting, operational excellence, training and development, and problem solving and continuous improvement.
