Role Overview
As a 3PL Account Manager, you will own the strategic relationship with 5-8 third-party logistics (3PL) providers, driving regular reviews to align their growth with Glovo’s objectives. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role where your negotiation and execution will directly impact Glovo’s marketplace health in Spain.
What You Will Do
Own partner relationships, scale volume & efficiency, drive tool adoption, manage contracts & SLAs, unblock problems cross-functionally, and turn data into action.

2 years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Consulting, commercial & negotiation skills, analytical mindset, proactive & ownership-driven, tech & tool-savvy, and languages: Native/Fluent Spanish and high working proficiency in English.
