Glovo is a delivery platform that operates in 23 countries, and they are looking for a People Operations Specialist (Payroll) to support their people operation team in monthly procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. The role involves payroll administration, tax support, and coordination with various departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience handling end-to-end payroll processes
  • Knowledge of Payroll structure, Social Security, and Tax regulation and administration
  • Excellent data management skills – strong Excel and database management skills
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. Spanish and/or Italian are a plus.
