We are looking for a Principal, Global Sales & Product Operations to drive the success of multiple Sales KPIs through Products, working with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to build the right products and prioritize features, with a focus on strategy and execution. The role will enable the team to pick and drive high-impact topics and deliver results.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Consulting (Senior Associate / Engagement Manager level in one of the Tier 1 consulting firms)
- Extensive experience working with senior management / leadership teams (including C-level)
- High level of comfort with ambiguity, and ability to bring structure and data-driven prioritization to any unstructured problem
- Strong communicator, with ability to be both top down and bottom up, as the situation demands
- Strong mix of both strategy and operations / execution, with proven experience of both
- Can-do attitude. Takes on any new / complex problem and has ability to figure it out independently
