We are looking for a Specialist, Business Development to join our Marketplace team in Malaysia. This role is responsible for driving growth across our marketplace by executing strategic sales plans, building and managing a sales pipeline, and negotiating high-value deals with key partners.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership roles—preferably within F&B, retail, or FMCG industries
- Proven track record of consistently closing deals and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
