Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Well-developed business acumen and strong problem-solving attitude
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience in facilitating process walkthroughs, process mapping, and radical process re-design
- Experience in end-to-end customer journey mapping and designing customer service processes
- Clear understanding of key Customer Service and Experience related metrics
- Ability to analyze information and derive actionable insights
- Ability to handle operations smoothly and lead by influence
- Strong education background and relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate multiple stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability of tasks
- Willingness to travel
