The role of a Consultant in the Customer Experience Team involves building positive relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Well-developed business acumen and strong problem-solving attitude
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience in facilitating process walkthroughs, process mapping, and radical process re-design
  • Experience in end-to-end customer journey mapping and designing customer service processes
  • Clear understanding of key Customer Service and Experience related metrics
  • Ability to analyze information and derive actionable insights
  • Ability to handle operations smoothly and lead by influence
  • Strong education background and relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate multiple stakeholders
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability of tasks
  • Willingness to travel
