Requirements

• Manage client relationships and oversee program delivery
• Develop program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
• Track progress against KPIs and SLAs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable program plans
• Design and development of dashboards, volume reports, operating summaries, and presentations
• Work with business & scrum team to identify, define & develop specifications for KPI, dashboards and reporting requirements
• Publishing reports to app.powerbi.com and setting up the necessary connection details and scheduling
• Work on performance optimization of the dashboards and reports
• Testing & Production release steps
• Perform Prototyping and POC in support of requirements definition or technical design questions
• Resolve defects during test cycles and hyper care
