The Business Growth Manager will drive business growth through activities such as building international consortia, bid preparation, and pre-sales engagement with regards to the tenders issued here in Malta and internationally. The role also involves acting as the product owner of the key growth platforms within the function, building strategic alliances, and supporting the Head of T&T in shaping the service line’s commercial direction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in growth sales and/or business development
- 2+ years in a senior management or leadership role with P&L responsibility
- Proven track record of driving business development and new client acquisition in B2B services
- Experience managing strategic partnerships, alliances, or vendor relationships
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and enterprise software platforms
- Knowledge of local & EU procurement processes and Framework Contracts (FWCs)
- Strong bid management and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analytics tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
