Head of Sales – Telecom Data Center Solutions

Delta is seeking a Head of Sales for its Telecom Data Center Solutions, responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans and leading a sales team to achieve company sales targets.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar relevant field.
• Solid experience in Telecom, Data Centers, or Industrial sectors.
• 8-10 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of delivering consistent business results, including multi-country responsibility.
• Strong leadership and people development skills, with the ability to lead teams, drive performance, and foster collaboration in an international environment.
• Deep business acumen and market knowledge, including industry trends (e.g., AI, ORAN).
• Customer-focused and results-driven with strong communication and strategic partnership skills.
• Fluent in English and either Italian or Spanish.
