Role Overview
The SEO Manager will implement and execute SEO initiatives to maintain, develop, and exceed client performance targets. The role involves leading day-to-day strategy, team operations, and client delivery across traditional SEO and AI-powered discovery for a complex enterprise client.
What You Will Do
The SEO Manager will lead technical audits, guide keyword research, and translate technical findings into clear, prioritized recommendations tied to business outcomes. They will also oversee performance reporting, insights, and business cases tied to GEO & SEO Impact.

Requirements
- 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally in an agency or enterprise environment
- 1+ years of direct people management experience
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level accounts and complex workstreams
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, on-page/off-page optimization, and performance analysis
- Exposure to GEO / AEO / LLMO workflows preferred, including AI visibility or citation analysis
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and structured data
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Strong ability to turn complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations
- Confident, credible presence with client stakeholders
