Manager, People Operations

DESRI is seeking a Manager of People Operations to support Human Capital operations and serve as a strong local presence for our Denver office. This role will focus on benefits administration, HR systems ownership and optimization, payroll coordination, leave management, immigration support, and broader People Operations infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Capital/People Operations
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits compliance
• Experience supporting HR systems implementations, migrations, or evaluations is a plus
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel proficiency
