Reference Data Analyst, NCT

Role Overview

The Reference Data & SSI Operations Analyst is responsible for managing, validating, and maintaining high-quality strategic data across the organization’s systems.

What You Will Do

Process data, ensure data accuracy for regulatory compliance and business operations, handle the end-to-end setup of Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs), and collaborate with key stakeholders to support long-term data efficiency and risk management.

The role requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, 0.6 to 3 years of work experience in corporate Banking, and basic knowledge of Banking operations/Financial Products.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field
• 0.6 to 3 years of work experience in corporate Banking
• Basic knowledge of Banking operations/Financial Products (Fixed income cash & derivatives Financial Products and financial instruments including Futures, Options, Swaps)
• Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure and against challenging timescales
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
