We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Field Sales team, taking ownership of a defined territory across Adelaide. The role blends account management with new business development, managing existing customers while identifying and converting opportunities to drive growth.

Requirements

  • A track record of taking ownership and delivering outcomes end-to-end
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence a range of stakeholders
  • Experience identifying opportunities and turning them into measurable results
  • Confidence using data, insights or judgement to inform decisions
  • Strong prioritisation skills, focusing effort where it drives the greatest impact
  • Resilience and adaptability in fast-moving or changing environments
