Process Specialist, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Process Specialist, Financial Planning & Analysis will support delivery of the Business Performance Management reporting agenda for different regions, helping with data extraction, report consolidations, and basic analysis. The role requires strong analytical and planning skills, good written and oral communication skills, and a strong FP&A background.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in handling FP&A, Commercial Finance
• CA/CMA (Inter) /MBA (Tier 2 & 3) or equivalent desired
• Good Business English, able to communicate effectively
• Basic analytical and planning skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Strong FP&A background, good understanding of financial foundations (P&L and Cash flow)
• Strong and extensive Excel, PowerPoint and broad business knowledge
• Superior PC modeling skills
• Strong understanding of financial systems, data processing and advanced analytics
