As a Client Account Executive, Enterprise, you will provide best-in-class account management across a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers while growing year-over-year revenue. You will develop and execute a sales strategy for your book of business, work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Dialpad Partners, and cultivate relationships with our customers to gain insight into customer strategy and expansion plans.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
- UCaaS / CCaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets with either a New Business or Client Sales background.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience providing timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track complex details.
- Experienced with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and G Suite tools (Google Sheets).
