Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our growing Boston Team. The Account Manager will be responsible for controlling the timing of food flow, supervising processing time, and managing team members. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in airline catering or aviation operations.
What You Will Do
The Account Manager will assist airlines in determining operational needs, set up and oversee requirements for all flights, and coordinate with clients to ensure accurate setup of catering, stores, and bar requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in airline catering or aviation operations
- Knowledge of airline catering operational processes, operational sequences, and logistics
- Experience leading and motivating teams through employee coaching, scheduling, performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
