Financial Analyst

Role Overview

Supports financial and operational decision-making through accurate reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Reporting to the Controller.

What You Will Do

Prepare and analyze recurring financial and operational reports in Microsoft Excel, including variance reports, labor cost reports, and P&L reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
• One to three years of prior experience in a Financial Analyst or comparable analyst role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of financial statements, particularly P&L reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
