Performance & Growth Marketing Manager (Search & Paid Ads) (w/m/d)

Requirements

• * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• * At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment
• * Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as a solid understanding of SEO/GEO
• * Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, and Google Search Console
• * Strong understanding of conversion, landing pages, and website performance
• * Affinity for AI tools and a willingness to use them to make processes more efficient
• * Strong self-reliance, drive, and implementation strength – you are not afraid of taking initiative
• * Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
