Role Overview
The Associate Manager will lead Consumer Growth GTM strategy for New Verticals, shaping how to bring priority merchants, categories, and customer behaviors to market. The role involves owning business strategy behind major growth moments, defining customer opportunity, sizing potential, and recommending investments.
What You Will Do
The Associate Manager will own the business strategy behind major growth moments, define customer opportunity, size potential, recommend investments, set goals, and translate insights into clear GTM plans. They will work closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Business Development to ensure plans are both strategically sound and operationally executable.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, growth, business operations, product strategy, investment banking, or a related analytical and cross-functional environment. They will be able to take a large, ambiguous set of requests and opportunities, create structure around them, and turn them into a clear, actionable plan.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, growth, business operations, product strategy, investment banking, or a related analytical and cross-functional environment
- Exceptional organizational and program-management skills
- Experience building scalable frameworks, playbooks, and operating processes
- Strong judgment and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, including comfort independently pulling data in SQL and building models in Excel
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement
- An operationally minded, low-ego approach
