Inside Sales Lead, Biopharma Pumps & Sensors

PSG is seeking an Inside Sales Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating new leads, determining sales readiness, and leading meetings with prospective customers. They will also be responsible for generating leads, partnering with sales managers, and supporting the tracking and documentation of open opportunities.

Requirements

• Timely investigation of new, incoming leads within PSG’s Salesforce CRM
• Determine the sales readiness of leads and if they require further follow-up
• Set up, facilitate, and lead meetings with prospective PSG customers
• Lead generation via cold calling, emailing, and the use of social media platforms
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Business Development Managers
• Work with the Customer Service team on incoming technical inquiries
• Support the tracking & documentation of open opportunities
• Participate in the funnel management process
• Measure and report on sales and department metrics
• Interact with strategic Channel Partners
• Support the Regional Sales Managers with targeted data gathering
• Work with the Business Unit to support the identification of new product ideas
• Regularly participate in customer interactions to increase positive customer experience
• Collaborate with team members in marketing, product management, business unit management, and the sales organization
• Liaison with the CRM analyst to modify, update, and improve CRM workflows
• Support the Bio Business Unit at trade shows/conferences
