Our corporate subscriptions Manager, Account Management role requires a mix of relationship management, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making to ensure retention and growth within the education sector. The role involves managing a team, setting strategy, managing pipeline, and conducting meetings with clients to establish relationships and drive new opportunities into pipeline.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role.
  • 2–5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience in a subscription-based, SaaS, media, or information services business is a strong plus.
  • Previous experience working with enterprise clients or large organizations.
  • Strong track record in B2B sales and revenue generation.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Skilled in managing a pipeline and closing deals.
