Role Overview
The Sales Manager- Insurance acts as one of the main points of contact for Carrier Clients assigned Nationally. Cultivates partnerships to maintain and grow services of existing and prospective clients that meet their needs for today and in the future. Develops sales/customer service opportunities to potential accounts across the country.
What You Will Do
Service and renew existing client accounts to drive sustainable revenue growth by meeting annual sales KPI’s based on budget. Negotiate National Carrier pricing and contract terms with the support of the Business Development Director, Dynacare Insurance Solutions. Oversee issue management and help manage issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction/retention.

Requirements
- Bilingual: French & English
- Five years of related experience in financial services
- 5 year experience in a B2B sales environment
- Insurance/Medical Diagnostic services sales background considered an asset
- Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or a related discipline
- Use of a personal car, along with a clean driver’s license is required. Willingness to travel frequently and independently within the region.
