Requirements
- Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborates with Carrier Reps to identify carrier needs to grow opportunities with new and current customers
- Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our shipments according to customer needs and objectives
- Creates efficiencies and drives continuous improvement
- Identifies market trends that may have a positive or negative impact on the customer
- Provides a positive customer experience through constant communication and relationship building
