Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in brand or category management within premium, FMCG or consumer technology environments
- Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial growth
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget ownership and P&L responsibility
- Experience leading end-to-end campaigns, including product launches and retail activation
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams and agencies
- Deep understanding of the Turkish market and retail landscape
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Strong analytical capability—able to translate insight into action
- Comfortable operating within a global, matrixed organisation
- Able to challenge assumptions, focus on outcomes, and bring clarity to complexity
