Sr. Partner Marketing Manager

The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for driving awareness and demand for EWS brands and services by leading B2C marketing efforts through member financial institutions and resellers. This position shapes and executes partner marketing strategies, working closely with both internal cross-functional teams and partner marketing leads to share best practices and ensure brand and messaging consistency across all channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Typically, a minimum or 12 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in acquisition or engagement marketing within the financial services or fintech sector
  • Experience working for either a start-up or high-growth organization, with the ability to adapt and scale rapidly
  • Highly results-driven, self-motivated, organized, with a proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
  • Excellent cross-functional team player that can excel at both strategy and execution
  • Previous experience managing relationships with varying levels of seniority, creating successful marketing programs and go to market strategies for partnership
  • High level of personal and professional integrity, sensitivity and confidentiality
