Marketing Technology Head

Role Overview

The Marketing Technology Head will lead the integration and optimization of the Bank’s MarTech ecosystem, oversee governance, maintenance, and enhancement of marketing technology, and partner with technology teams and external vendors to ensure platform stability and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10-12 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or MarTech, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, and a strong strategic, analytical, and customer-centric mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
• At least 10-12 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or MarTech
• Proven hands-on experience with MarTech platforms, customer engagement tools, marketing automation technologies, and data integration environments
• Experience within banking or financial services is preferred; exposure to loyalty program strategy and management is an advantage
• Strong strategic, analytical, and customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into scalable digital solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences effectively
• Demonstrated people leadership capability with experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic digital environment
