Senior Business Development Specialist – Customer Operations (Telecom and Media) responsible for driving strategic revenue growth, originating, shaping, and closing large deals, and creating differentiated, value-led solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, consulting, sales, or client services within Telecom or Media Services
- Proven track record of originating and closing large, complex, multi-year deals involving transformation, outsourcing, analytics, or managed services
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior client stakeholders (CXO, EVP, SVP) with credibility and influence
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma, AI, Mortgage, etc.) are an advantage
