Web Developer (Marketing)

Hybrid Full TimeAustin, Texas, United StateseCommission

Role Overview

The Marketing Web Developer owns the day-to-day health and performance of the eCommission website. You’ll make sure every page is tracked properly and every campaign lands on a page built to convert.

What You Will Do

You’ll write the code, build the templates, and ship the pages yourself. You’ll be accountable for measurable results: tracked, reported, and improved every month.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You’re a hands-on builder who is happy writing PHP and working in WordPress, not just managing someone else’s code. You love finding out what makes a page convert, and you’ve run A/B tests with results you can put numbers on.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on web development with PHP and WordPress
  • Experience building and maintaining reusable page templates
  • Comfortable with version control, staging environments, and deploying changes to a live site safely
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4, and implementing tracking on a live site
  • Experience running A/B tests or conversion optimization on a live site, with results you can speak to
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot: forms, tracking, and CRM data

Benefits

  • Incredibly supportive culture
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Health insurance: medical, dental, and vision
  • Employer-paid LTD, STD, and basic life insurance
  • Retirement plan with matching contribution
  • Tenure-based rewards
  • In-office and offsite events
