Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Ops role to support the end-to-end delivery, adoption and operation of MOM Labour Market Data Collection products by partnering business stakeholders to define requirements and shape solutions, coordinating internal and external delivery teams, and leading test planning and execution.
What You Will Do
The role manages post-delivery support, incidents, risks and stakeholder change, while using data, user feedback and operational insights to improve product performance, adoption and ways of working.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, project management, business analysis, or a similar role within a technology-focused environment.
- Proven experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in the public sector or government technology projects is a plus
