Role Overview
As a Senior Product Ops Specialist at GovTech, you will be embedded with product squads at BCA, working across established platforms and new digital products. You will be responsible for ensuring products land well, get adopted, and keep improving on evidence rather than assumption.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include leading go-to-market and adoption, running the Voice of Customer pipeline, owning operational readiness and incident response, driving tooling and process improvement, managing and developing a team, and shaping the Product Ops practice.
