Role Overview

As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll drive sales performance, foster a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer service experience. You’ll assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees, and maintain clear interactions with customers and employees.

What You Will Do

You’ll monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards, follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and ensure operational efficiency. You’ll also lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
