Eightfold AI is seeking a Head of Growth Execution & Governance to build and run the operating system of the Growth organization, including OKRs, strategic account governance, and customer-facing programs. The role requires 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record of building or running operating cadence and OKR systems at scale. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic account governance, customer-facing programs, and operating leadership.
