Role Overview
The Enterprise Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for new business sales within Elavon’s Enterprise Retail vertical, focusing on key merchants across the UK and Europe. The role will involve the entire sales journey from initial prospecting to the relationship manager hand-off, whilst achieving revenue goals and supporting the growth of the retail vertical across Europe.
What You Will Do
Identify new business opportunities, communicate Elavon’s value proposition, navigate complex sales cycles, and collaborate with senior enterprise executives to negotiate and close high-value deals.

Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets
- 5+ years of sales experience selling payments and complex financial service solutions to large merchants in the UK and Europe
- Clear focus on self-generated new business acquisition (hunter mindset), from prospecting through close
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex deal cycles and multiple projects independently
- To build relationships with C-Suite executives and engage multiple stakeholders within the decision-making cycle
- To be a strategic negotiator and an influential and highly effective communicator
- To maintain high ethical standards; gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity
