Role Overview
The People Partner Manager will be the main strategic partner of people for the General Manager Brazil and the commercial leadership team, ensuring the organization has the talents, skills, leadership, and structure needed to achieve current and future business priorities.

As People Partner Manager, you will act side by side with business leaders to ensure the organization has the necessary talents, skills, leadership, and structure to achieve current and future business priorities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Advanced English
- Significant experience in HR Business Partner, People Partner or broader Human Resources leadership roles
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, or go-to-market organizations
- Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development
- Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills
- Experience in multinational and matrix organizations
