Emerson has an opening for an Inside Sales Engineer to support customers by identifying the best solution for their application and working closely with sales teams to deliver technical and commercial support. The ideal candidate will provide the highest standards of customer service and work well with peers.
Requirements
- Qualify customer requests for quotation to ensure a quote meets the customers’ needs
- Prepare customer quotations that are on time, technically accurate, and commercially verified
- Negotiate sales orders within agreed delegation of authority
- Provide advice on technical solutions and benefits
- Communicate with manufacturing locations for queries regarding lead-time, specials, etc.
- Provide after-sales service to customers
- Attend customer meetings as required, including customer site visits
