Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Process Control Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in industrial automation, process control, or technical sales.
• Knowledge of DCS, SIS, PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Professional proficiency in Polish and English.
• Valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally internationally.
