Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex healthcare data to generate actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.

What You Will Do

Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decisions, develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical models, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or working with relational databases, and 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environment. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or other related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or working with relational databases
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environment
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology (e.g., CPT codes, DRG, claims, inpatient/outpatient)
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Experience with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
• 3 years of integrating Databricks, Power BI, and Claude Code
• Experience in statistical analysis or predictive modeling techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience writing SQL queries
