We’re seeking an Account Manager Consumer Goods to build strong customer partnerships and create business impact. The role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and translating them into tailored solutions. The successful candidate will be empowered to build trust, strengthen partnerships, and represent Envalior with professionalism and purpose.

Requirements

  • Define and implement a strategic account plan
  • Contribute to develop the sales plan
  • Monitor and coordinate the execution of the account plan
  • Build sustainable cross layer networks
  • Identify long term business opportunities
  • Define and implement projects
  • Work with sales and other internal teams
  • Monitor and benchmark competitive products
  • Lead contract negotiations
  • Coordinate technical service or after sales service activities
  • Monitor the complaint process
  • Monitor the account’s payment behaviour
