Requirements
- Define and implement a strategic account plan
- Contribute to develop the sales plan
- Monitor and coordinate the execution of the account plan
- Build sustainable cross layer networks
- Identify long term business opportunities
- Define and implement projects
- Work with sales and other internal teams
- Monitor and benchmark competitive products
- Lead contract negotiations
- Coordinate technical service or after sales service activities
- Monitor the complaint process
- Monitor the account’s payment behaviour
