We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in the UK/Nordics region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing sales/account management, with a passion for diverse application areas and broad material portfolios. The role will involve building strong customer partnerships, creating business impact, and leveraging our Customer Value Proposition to identify and unlock new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Define and implement a strategic account plan
- Contribute to develop the sales plan
- Monitor and coordinate the execution of the account plan
- Build sustainable cross-layer networks in the defined accounts
- Identify long-term business opportunities with the account(s)
- Define and implement projects with focus on key products, processes, and innovation
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans
- Monitor and benchmark competitive products, market requirements, and competitive business strategies
- Lead contract negotiations with the respective account(s)
- Coordinate technical service or after-sales service activities towards the account
