The Director, Strategic Group Sales & Business Development is responsible for driving strategic business growth opportunities across EOS Hospitality’s portfolio of hotels and resorts through proactive sales leadership, relationship development, and market expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- 5 years’ minimum sales experience in the luxury hospitality market
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major
- Highly motivated individual who can work independently
- Ability to handle confidential information discretely and in the proper manner
- Self-starter, and possess excellent presentation skills
- Proven track record of successful sales history
- Effective decision-making skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Effective conflict management skills
- Strong customer and colleague relation skills
