Transform raw property data into strategic indicators to decode the Quebec real estate market and serve as a key reference both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Bilingualism: Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Programming Languages: Mastery of Python, R, SQL, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Machine Learning: Solid foundation in machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time-series analysis).
  • Data Engineering: Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure).
  • Economic Expertise: Mastery of fundamental economic concepts.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Advanced skills in data collection and analytical methodologies.
  • Rigor and Synthesis: Ability to process complex data to produce accurate results within tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for a non-technical audience.
